Vita

Andreas Mühlen, born in 1957,
received his training as a pianist with
Bernhard Roderburg at the Robert-Schumann-Conservatory Düsseldorf.

He has received valuable stimuli in international master courses in Austria
and in Switzerland, as well as during an additional study programme in the master course
Rudolf Buchbinder at the“Musik-Akademie Basel“.
Especially important for him is the friendship with Igor Zhukov from the legendary piano school of Heinrich Neuhaus in Moscow.

Concerts
have led him, among others, to Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Denmark, Portugal, Spain, Russia and Hong Kong.
In Germany he performs regularly. In 2012, at the invitation of the monastery Camaldoli in Tuscany, he played the Millenium Concert.

His repertoire
ranges from works of the Baroque, the Viennese Classicism, Romanticism, Impressionisms to Modernism.

He likes to give his concert programmes a specific artistic motto.

Radio and TV recordings in Germany, Spain, and Hong Kong complement his concerts.
