Concerts

In Germany in all renowned cities, in Switzerland, in Austria, Italy, France, Denmark, Portugal, Spain, Russia, and Hong Kong.
In June 2012, at the invitation of the monastery Camaldoli in Tuscany,he played the millenium concert for the minister president of the Vatican, His Eminence Cardinal Bertello.
In 2022 he premiered at the greatest Scandinavian music festival, “Vendsyssel Festival” in Danmark.
Coming back in 2024 his “Europa program” met with enthusiastic approval here.

His Repertoire

ranges from traditional piano music to seldom played pieces, e.g. by Carvalho, Feldman, Gulda, Moór, Siloti.
It includes works from the 17th century, classical music, romanticism, impressionism and the contemporary modern era.

Radio and TV Recordings

in Germany, Spain, and Hong Kong.

Numerous CD-recordings and video productions,

including a recording of the late piano pieces of Franz Liszt, which has been called “ideal” by the “Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk”.
His CD of the piano sonatas of Galina Ustvolskaya was highly approved of by the composer, who confirmed his “exact and deeply-felt interpretation” of her works.
His CD “El Piano Español” was highlighted as the “successful venture of a live recording” in “PianoNEWS”.
Leading politicians have expressed their appreciation of his CD and concert project “View on Europe“ (e.g. Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Wolfgang Schäuble, Ursula von der Leyen, Monika Grütters, Ina Brandes).

Additional Activities

Musical consultant for the radio feature “Wettstreit ums Klavier”, by Ulla Herpers for the broadcasting stations WDR and SWR.
Appearance in the film “Piano Encounters – Begegnungen am Klavier” by Enrique Sanchez Lansch in the context of the “Klavierfestival Ruhr”.
Pianistic consulting for the edition of the sheet music of Mussorgsky´s “Pictures at an Exhibition” at Bärenreiter by Dr. Christoph Flamm.
Juror in competitions.
Leading of piano courses in Germany, Switzerland, and Spain.
